I had the same problem when I was prgnant with my son. MY best advice is when you first wake up eat something small like an apple and then In like an hour try to eat a small meal. and then Have a snack in like two hours. Basically eating constatnly was the only way I could eat. Try alot of fruits and veggies. If you are feeling really nauesus crackers and breads and other dry foods will be easist to get and keep down.
