Unemployment question,please help!?

I have been getting unemployment for 6 months(the claim is still open) I took a job from a temp agency even after being told i was not qualified for the job. I did it for a week and was in way over my head,had no clue what I was doing it was a position that would normally need a degree to get. On top of that the harassment from the male co-works sucked and the only supervisor on my shift would leave in the middle of it to go to the bar and watch his favorite teams play(i know i cant prove any of this) So this week when i go to file my weekly claim it will ask if i worked and if i quit a job,of coarse i will say yes.....Then what happens will they cut my benefits??
