What are some fun things i can do with boys and girls for a 13th birthday party?

I am having a 13th birthday party and we are on a tight budget. There will be boys and girls there and im having troubles thinking of some fun things we could do. It has to be appropriate of coarse. My mom and I are very creative people and we did come up with some fun stuff to do but it's not going to last the whole night. We are going to buy glow in the dark body paint. We are going to put it all over people and we can glow in the dark. We have a kitty pool for my little brothers but we might get some apples and we might go bobbing for apples.We are going to wrap christmas lights around the trees and make look cool. I don't know what else we should do though it lasts from 5pm to 2pm the next day!!!!
