Should I completely cut out ice cream too?
I exercise every day (usually running about 3 miles, abs, Jillian Micheals’ workouts OnDemand ) I’m 5 ft. 4 and 115 pounds. I have cut out all candy, chocolate, cookies, and cake from my diet, but I still love having Dreyer’s Slow Churned cookies and cream ice cream every night. (120 calories and 4g of fat per serving.) I always crave ice cream after dinner. It’s like my daily treat. Is this bad? Should I cut out ice cream out completely too? Every time I try to cut it out it just makes me want it more, but I don’t know what to do.
