My hair has been growing coarse and curly i have fine hair so they are able to be felt now..?

now some of muh already grown hairs are 3in. white/clear at roots it started last dec. i cant find anythingon the web except something like morgon something disease please if anyone has any info i would be very gratefull also i have rubbery lumps under skin in thighs and forearms wtf is this **** im only 24
