United States Army Questions?
Who is the highest ranking officer in the entire U.S Army Military Police and what is that person's rank? What is the highest position that can be achieved in the U.S Army Military Police, officer wise and what typically is the rank for this position? If you are a Military Police officer, how much field work would one be expected to see. At the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, 1st Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, Brigadier General, Major General, Lieutenant General, and then General? If anyone can offer some insight on any of these ranks, it would be a big help. And if one wanted to have more field work, could that be possible, even at the rank of Major and up. What would be a good major at USMA at West Point to have if you want to pursue a career as a Military Police Officer. As of now I would like to do a 30 year career. Also what would be some good training schools and courses to take if one wanted to be a Military Police Officer. If anyone can answer any of these questions, it would be greatly appreciated.
