What girl do i choice?

in febuary i started dating this girl jasmine. and we were tha perfect two for 3 and a half months and then a month and a half ago i met this girl maile and i wanted her so bad. so a month later in beginning june i went to a all night skate and maile was there. of coarse we started hooking up and i didnt want to cheat on jasmine. so i got my fone and i was going to break up with her then maile pulled me in to tha restroom and we had sex. so after tha all night skate i broke up with her and started dating maile. i thought that was tha right choice but now i cant get her out of my head. and she said when she turns 13 on june 25th she wants to have birth day sex. and ii want to be with her but i dont want to hert maile. and i can see maile more becuase she lives close. and i dont really even get aride to jasmines. i would drive there but im 13 i dont have a car and i cant drive. what to do?
