Am I on track in Naruto Shippuden?

Basically naruto can kill saskue in a blink of a eye because sage and 9 tails. That's over 3 chakara sources if you count his normal chakara. But now he probably can't because Sasuke gonna get itachi eyes because his old eyes went bad on him other words he's blind. So basically he's back in the village with no sign of anything but uniting of hidden villages. Am I on track?
