Hi, I'm hypoglycemic with an anxiety disorder, and what helps me is instead of eating, drinking juice (from like jumba juice) that has a lot of good things in it to keep me going, which helps with the crashes. Practice deep breathing and also try and deal with your anxiety directly! the juice is a fix when you can't eat, but the anxiety is the root issue here. Journal or write, watch something funny, and calm yourself down when you know you're about to be in a situation that makes you anxious. hope this helps xx
