How to get rid of nervous/exam worry related nausea?
Bless your heart. I've read that chewing on ginger root is very effective for nausea. You can pick one up in the produce section of your supermarket. Just peel it and gnaw on it until you feel better. Ginger ale helps too, but the real stuff is supposed to be best. Also, try some essential oils for relaxation. They work wonders. Lavender in particular can help you relax and sleep. Since it's one of the few essential oils that can be applied directly to skin, some people rub it into the soles of their feet. Your body absorbs it quickly that way. Good luck.
