Is it ok If im 13 and My boyfriends 16?

I'm kinda worried if its ok... Cuz of coarse were not gunna do anything like that... sex.. no.. but i dont know if its ok or not. I love him and he loves me.. You can tell Im like scared that its wrong... love is love i think but im not sure
