My tomato"s leaves have yellow spots with dark rusty centers?

Answers in Q&A generally say not to plant tomatoes in the same area next year but I don't have many places to plant them. Is there anything I can churn into the soil to make it habitable for tomatoes again? Perhaps an anti -fungal?
