Obama's speech on bringin soldiers home?

All I saw was Obama plan to bring 5,000 home next month, but a division in the Tennessee national guard just got deployed or will be soon.. What Is the point? Btw in my own opion I hate politics I'm a teenager so of coarse but did obama seem like he was America favorite person when navy seals killed Osama... I was like all you said was yes to seals to kill him and get body.. Your not rambo
