Are these menstrual cramps?

This morning at 7, my stmach started to cramp a bit. I took an ibuprofen. Then at 11am, my stomach cramped again but it hurt more. It was right above my left hip. It felt like a mini stomach flu, but more like a cramp. I had no ibuprofen (i was at school) so it hurt more and more. Now im home and took an ibuprofen pill. It feels much better! I havent had my first period yet..... Also, my stomach churned a bit, and where it was cramping it hurt to press on it. This was not from hunger either or sickness. No headache or fatigue either... What do you think?
