Could it be possible that I am pregnant while on the Depo Shot?

i was on the shot for 2 1/2 years,i think i only waited like 3 weeks before i had sex..and i didn't get pregnant until 6 months after i got off the shot...but the shot will make you have headaches ..hope it helps...
